South Hams District Council develops an online Expert Planning System

South Hams District Council have used XpertRule Knowledge Builder to develop an online Expert Planning System. The new online service is provided so a resident can determine whether or not they would require planning permission. The system at the moment deals with householder enquiries, ie. queries such as "do I require planning permission to build a porch on my house?".
